Dive Cuts is one of my favorite Mizzou basketball podcasts, especially since the Missouri Sports Podcast ended. Just wish there was a more consistent schedule for the episodes or at least an episode soon after a big win, but I understand that schedules and stuff dont always work out. Keep it up!

  • Nothingness

Today’s show. We have no idea why Shedrick did not pick Mizzou. Stale news about Caleb Grill. Possibly some explanation as to doing a 180 about possibly getting Matthew Cleveland, but likely explanation to be “we have no idea because we have no information.” I can’t say for sure because I can’t listen to more about nothing.

  • Dive Cuts is the best Mizzou Basketball podcast

Love the chemistry of the hosts and the analysis they provide. It’s an essential listen for an out-of-state alum who loves Mizzou basketball but doesn’t always get exposed to the latest news and updates.

  • Mizzou is a couple of plays from 1-6?

So.....please educate us on those couple of plays that would have resulted in a loss to LA Tech or Abeline Christian??

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Mizzou portal check-in, Indiana wins, and the future of college football | Before the Box Score
Q: How do you feel about Missouri's portal class so far?
I would probably grade it a B minus, probably. They filled a lot of spots that they had to fill, but there are also spots that they need to fill that they haven't yet filled.
Meet offensive line commit Braylon Ellison | Tomorrow's Tigers
Q: Did you connect with offensive line coach Brandon Jones while you were on that official visit? How did that conversation go?
Braylon mentioned having breakfast at Coach Jones' house during the visit, indicating a strong personal connection that influenced his decision-making.
Meet offensive line commit Braylon Ellison | Tomorrow's Tigers
Q: What made you choose the Tigers?
Braylon emphasized the importance of academics, specifically mentioning the psychology program, as well as the quality of the football program and its proximity to home.
Meet offensive line commit Braylon Ellison | Tomorrow's Tigers
Q: How's the preparation been for that?
Braylon shared that the preparation for the upcoming district championship involved a lot of film study and a routine focused on analyzing their opponent's defenses.
PREVIEW: #15 Mizzou at #10 Vanderbilt | Before the Box Score
Q: Is there any aspect of Vanderbilt's defense that you like to see them attack other than just Ahmad Hardy left, right and center?
Their secondary isn't great. They're that low in pass defense because their secondary isn't great.
