What I love most about “Ritual Sisters” is the emotional intelligence and vulnerability that Michelle and Kelly bring to their episodes. As licensed therapists, they do a beautiful job of creating a safe, reflective space that feels grounded and human. Their use of personal stories and gentle conversation creates room for curiosity and meaning-making, especially for those of us seeking deeper ritual in our everyday lives.
