The Diaspora - the Christian one. In hindsight, maybe it wasn't the most brilliant strategy to persecute and scatter the young church. Because wherever those believers went, they talked about Jesus. And it was bad enough, from the devil's point of vi... more
Antioch was a model church because of its model minister, Barnabas. Yesterday we started to investigate this "son of encouragement" who was such a blessing everywhere he went. When he went to Antioch, that church eventually became not just a model ch... more

Pastor Jim has been striving to discover and reveal knowledge from scripture for many decades. If you seek spiritual “meat“, this podcast is for you. Along with Charles Spurgeon, RC Sproul, JI Packer, C Stanley and Francis Schaefer, Jim Custer is clearly all of gods instruments for discerning scripture. (Even though he’s tried to retire in three different times). He delivers in a way that entices and motivates. Add it to your growth routine.
I am a college student, and I love learning from Pastor Jim’s wisdom. This is the real deal and straight to the point. Thank you Pastor Jim for investing in our lives. This is a must listen to podcast.
Thank you for your steadfast devotion to your calling by God to lead believers and unbelievers to salvation and knowledge of God and His truth. I have personally grown in faith and knowledge by listening to your podcasts and when in Ohio attending services at GraceBrethren Church.

I had the great blessing ad attending Grace Brethren Church for six years on the 1980s. Jim Custer is the finest preacher, teacher, and example of Christian I have ever experienced. What an incredible blessing to listen to him again even though I live in Texas. He has been sorely missed.

The host duo often weaves pastoral guidance with calls for donations and ministry resources, creating a charitable, church-affiliated listening experience with a strong emphasis on personal transformation through Scripture. Noteworthy is the mix of rigorous textual discussion (including manuscript considerations) with accessible, faith‑oriented applications for everyday life, making it appealing to listeners who value doctrin... more
