  • A gentler way to forgive ourselves about our struggles with ADHD…

    Most of the episodes are short enough and not overwhelmingly long. The podcast gives us a gentle hand to guide us through some of life’s difficulties. Many of the other podcasts are rah-rah-rah, go, go, go! But that can get exhausting after a while.
