This podcast has become part of my morning routine! Liz’s words are encouraging, thoughtful, and wise. I love how she weaves together Faith, neuroscience, and gives practical prompts that help me start my day on the right foot centered in God’s truth. Thank you, Liz! I love it! 💝🌺
I’ve always tended to see the glass as half empty, but this podcast has really helped me shift my perspective! Thank you so much, Liz — this is incredible content, and I love how you tie it all back to the science behind it.

I’ve been listening to Liz for almost a year now and this has been the missing piece. My anxiety has been out of control for 2 years and the Lord kept putting a nugget in my mind that something was missing in my journey and by chance I came across this podcast. It’s been amazing and I’ve seen notable changes. Sparks of joy and light is what I call it. Liz is encouraging and points you to God first and science second but how they work together since God created science. Give it a try ♥️
I have been listening to Liz for several months now and I am seeing such positive things in my life because of this podcast. It is so encouraging and uplifting. It has been fun to start looking for things to be grateful for as I’m going about my day. I highly recommend this podcast if you are struggling with negative thinking and/or if you want to grow closer to the Lord!
