Having followed her on Instagram, I decided to take some time to listen to a podcast. The one I found was centered on Psalm 23 a favorite of mine. She wove God’s tender care as a shepherd, David’s struggles and recognition of our Lord’s tender care at every stage of our life as reflected in the verses. It has helped me become more intentional with positive, biblical self talk, dive deeper into God’s word, and I love how she explains the connection between neuroscience and scripture! It’s a beautiful reminder that God’s word has always been true… Science is just catching up!
