I was just diagnosed with Hashimotos and this podcast was my first bit of information. AND IT WAS GREAT!
I loved hearing from different specialist and doctors on different topics and it seemed whenever I was thinking of a question, you as the interviewer asked it!
This show is filled with great information specially for people with Hashimoto's. I have heard several other podcasts about thyroid, but this is very focused and to the point about Hashimoto's. Now I have a better understanding of Hashimoto's and how there are so many triggers that needs to be addressed to get better. The episode where they talk about food and autoimmunity is awesome, so many myths are debunked there. Thank you for sharing all this good information.
