I’m finding this podcast very helpful. Clearly explained, and I like that it gives me some practical steps to follow. So far I’ve listened to the episodes on ferritin and on the lymphatic system and they helped me understand better how these affect my thyroid and what I can do to improve its functioning. Thank you,
I was just diagnosed with Hashimotos and this podcast was my first bit of information. AND IT WAS GREAT!
I loved hearing from different specialist and doctors on different topics and it seemed whenever I was thinking of a question, you as the interviewer asked it!
This show is filled with great information specially for people with Hashimoto's. I have heard several other podcasts about thyroid, but this is very focused and to the point about Hashimoto's. Now I have a better understanding of Hashimoto's and how there are so many triggers that needs to be addressed to get better. The episode where they talk about food and autoimmunity is awesome, so many myths are debunked there. Thank you for sharing all this good information.
I just recently discovered this podcast and I really like the information which is shared here. So much detail and actionable steps that I can implement in my life and feel better. Really liked the episode about toxins. An eye opener for me.
It’s an amazing podcast session by Dr. Gupta. Thanks for sharing such a valuable information for Hashimoto’s and its reversal. Looking forward for more informative podcast sessions.
