  • The Power of Belief

Spending an hour with an icon in the history of sales training was the most fun and meaningful podcast i’ve ever been on! John Kaplan is not just an incredible sales pro, he’s an empathetic and wonderful human being. We discussed my personal experiences but John also got vulnerable about his. So grateful for the opportunity and glad to call John a friend! Thank you!

  • Legends Making Legendary Podcast

This show is a masterclass in sales and leadership. These two guys were legends and can be traced back to the formation of MEDDIC as a sales methodology. Having the incredible opportunity to be a guest on their show to discuss my book Greatfruit was an honor and pleasure. These guys are so easy to talk with, so knowledgeable on sales process, sales execution, and sales excellence. True leaders in the field of sales. Highly recommend this podcast!

  • One of the best Sales Podcasts.

Easily one of my favorite Podcasts on Sales and coming from the master himself, John McMahon. One thing I look forward to is to push the envelope a bit to see how the same sales principles can be applied to a non-software sales environment - can it work in industrial equipment sales for example? Would love to hear John and Kaplan’s take on this and possibly invite the CRO from GE or ABB or similar.

Where AI Is Actually Working in Revenue Teams with Alex Bilmes
Q: So Alex, let's talk about in your survey, like really, in a practical sense, how have you seen people implement AI where it's actually working?
Over a six-month analysis of 30,000 workflows, we observed that teams mostly use AI to understand accounts and contexts across personas, rather than just generating outputs. The strongest impact comes from shared account context, not merely faster deck building, with significant value from cross-functional continuity and real-time knowledge grounded in a consistent methodology.
How Revenue Leaders Scale Beyond Hero Sellers with Jason Forget, CRO Behind Multiple Startup-to-Scale Journeys
Q: How do you move from a few hero sellers to a scalable middle class of reps?
Focus on building a repeatable system around coaching, enablement, and account planning, while investing in the right leaders who can scale the process and drive widespread adoption across teams.
The Real Sale Starts After Signature | Proving Value in AI and Consumption Models with Seong Park
Q: What changes are needed in the CS profile to succeed in an AI-powered consumption model?
Teams need a blend of technical depth and business acumen, with a tendency toward consultants who can diagnose workflows, prescribe solutions, and quantify outcomes; roles like AI deployment managers or technical account managers become central, and pre-sales experience helps bridge the gap to post-sale value realization.
The Real Sale Starts After Signature | Proving Value in AI and Consumption Models with Seong Park
Q: How has Cursor reshaped its go-to-market to integrate customer success into revenue generation?
Cursor is shifting CS from reactive support to proactive value realization, embedding CS in the design and execution of pilots, and using telemetry to prove business outcomes and drive renewals; the goal is to turn value realization into a measurable, ongoing revenue driver.
The Discipline Behind Nine-Figure Deals with Stuart Gwynn
Q: What is the most important stage in the sales process according to you?
Discovery is the most important stage because it builds the foundation to understand pain, quantify implications, and craft a relevant, credible path to solve the problem that executives will buy into.
