  • Displaced and Disenfranchised

This is a great open discussion to follow for anyone displaced, disenfranchised or otherwise questioning the organized factions of the Restoration (LDS/RLDS/CoC and others). For those who are letting go, but don’t want to let go of it all. For those who have no home, but want a place of understanding. For those afraid to ask the questions, but want to hear someone bold enough to ask them.

  • Excellent Discussions

I’m a member of Community of Christ/RLDS and enjoy listening to these podcasts, it allows me to explore deeper into church heritage and history. The discussions are engaging and can challenge preconceived notions and... more

Frequently Asked Questions About Restored Gospel Podcast

What is Restored Gospel Podcast about and what kind of topics does it cover?

The series centers on Restorationist perspectives, often contrasting Book of Mormon teachings with broader Christian interpretations. Episodes frequently explore topics like the nature of God, the role of Jesus, baptism, grace, Zion, and questions about how restoration-era doctrines should be lived today. Discussions tend to be conversational, openly probing doctrinal tensions, scriptural interpretation, and historical context, with a focus on personal faith journeys and practical application of theological ideas.
