Resilient Voices & Beyond is my go-to when I need a pick-me-up. The stories are relatable, the delivery is spot-on, and it’s the perfect companion for anyone navigating life’s ups and downs.
Michael offers a space for those who have lived experience and are doing amazing work in the child welfare system. Michael podcast is different than all the others because Michael ensures that the voices that are on his podcast are there to be lifted up and heard. If you’re looking for vulnerable, open, and raw podcast about the truth of foster care, you have come to the right spot.
The way michael advocates and makes space for systems change and lived experience is on point! We need spaces like this to truly transform the way people interact and understand each other’s lives.
This is a fantastic podcast that honors lived experiences and the people who have been through it. Really important to hear lived experiences when thinking about how to improve systems and structures set up by people who don’t have to use them.
I searched for years to find a podcast about fostercare… that was made by creators with Lived Experience. Michael has seen the system from every angel. He is a talented interviewer and leads with purposeful reflections. I went through care and adopted my nephew out of care. This podcast lifts not only the voices of impacted people but shines light on solutions, empowerment and healing. Love love love your work Michael.
