  • The best combination of pure nostalgia and cringey books!

Absolutely obsessed with this podcast! It has been so fun to listen to summaries and reviews of books I completely forgot I read ( I’m looking at you, Maximus Ride). I feel a sense of joy looking back at these books, and an even greater sense of cringe at some of these books! Highly recommend to anyone who’s looking to remember the life-changing books of our pre-teen years.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

New Moon Pt. 1 | "Bring Back My Cullens"
Q: What made you Team Jacob when you were reading this book?
The hosts explain their shift toward Team Jacob largely due to Jacob's warmer, more human teenage energy and the sense that his presence offers a hopeful, grounded life apart from the danger and tragedy surrounding the Cullens. Hannah notes Taylor Lautner's portrayal during the film promo reinforced that appeal. The conversation also covers the contrast with Edward's intensity and the fantasy-diegetic tension of the love triangle.
2025 Wrap Up and Listener Q&A | “I Feel It in My Bones”
Q: Will you ever have other merchandise like stickers or bookmarks?
Yes, if there is enough interest, we will consider it.
2025 Wrap Up and Listener Q&A | “I Feel It in My Bones”
Q: Do you think it would be awkward if you met fans?
Not at all; it would actually be cool and exciting.
2025 Wrap Up and Listener Q&A | “I Feel It in My Bones”
Q: Would you consider making another book podcast?
Yes, but it would need to be unique since there are many existing book podcasts.
2025 Wrap Up and Listener Q&A | “I Feel It in My Bones”
Q: What do you think will define the next era of books?
Romantic reads are here to stay, but potentially a return of post-apocalyptic themes might occur.
