    This is a great podcast to break down meticulously all of the things the couples go through, give concrete examples, and help each partner can self reflect and communicate their needs to one another in a healthy way. It’s a good way to lay out in your mind problems that you may be experiencing yourself. The only right I have about this podcast is it’s very jarring that every 15 seconds or so, the mistake is made in the script.
