  • Original Host Was Great!

I just found this podcast, although it hasn’t had any new episodes recently. Just by listening to a few, I truly enjoy the original host and format of the show much more than the recent host/format. I appreciated the quick, direct information with examples versus the book excerpts..? Wish it would return with the original host!

  • A must listen!

Beautifully told heartbreak stories. Stories you engulf, and afterwards take to heart and think about.

  • Jessie Stephens’ brilliant brain strikes again

Chef’s kiss 👌🏻 “She could not know the ending to a story she was so busy writing. Love does not evaporate when a person disappears. You do not know where to put it all, but loss reminds you to love harder, to hold on tighter, a lesson we are all taught more than once but are so quick to forget.” - Jessie Stephens

  • Actionable advice

In each episode, Dr. Vanderbilt includes advice that I can actually apply to my own life. Even the topics I can’t relate to are really interesting and I feel like I’m learning about the relationships around me as well.
