Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Somatic Intelligence: The Body-First Reset for Burned-Out Leaders with Megan McDonald (part 2)
Q: How do these practices translate into everyday corporate life and organizational culture?
She describes a practical pathway where executive teams begin with presence and regulation, then cascade these practices down through the organization, improving communication, reducing burnout, and ultimately benefiting patients and the broader workplace. The programs are designed to be adaptable—from short, executive sessions to longer engagements—depending on need.
Somatic Intelligence: The Body-First Reset for Burned-Out Leaders with Megan McDonald (part 2)
Q: Talk to us about how Soma Q was created and what makes it different from traditional leadership programs.
Megan explains that Soma Q grew from her personal journey through corporate layoffs, extensive study of nervous system regulation, and a desire to combine body-based techniques with leadership development. The model integrates IQ, EQ, and SQ to address performance from a nervous system level, and she describes Neurosoma Access as a short, 10-minute assessment to pinpoint where to start working with a client.
Chronic Pain, Identity Loss + Resiliency with Nancy Deyo (Part 2)
Q: What advice do you have for those experiencing loss or drastic life change?
Acknowledge and feel the pain, stay present, and pursue possibilities within those limits, while seeking support from others to advocate for needs within systems.
Chronic Pain, Identity Loss + Resiliency with Nancy Deyo (Part 2)
Q: Nancy, who were you and who are you now?
Nancy explains that her past centered on leadership and optics, but now she prioritizes empathy, relationships, and authentic contribution, recognizing she is defined by more than her disability.
Closet Chaos, Conscious Style + Resiliency with Lacy Cadieux-McLean (Part 1)
Q: Tell us about affordability in sustainable clothing.
Affordability mirrors the broader food system: healthy, sustainable options are more expensive, but government programs and better production economies could help level the playing field while Rubia seeks to price its products in a way that supports sustainability without excluding customers.
