Can you report back on the results of the British commission on housing. I think you covered its report in 2017. It was a brilliant report with innovative solutions to the condition of social housing and expanding opportunities to own to first time home owners. It had a four part governance structure. And structured to be an public asset not a liability. Ed was a part of the team which produced the report.
I really loved the old podcast; it was the first ever podcast I listened to and was definitely 5 stars. I just wish when it came to an end, Ed and Geoff bowed out gracefully as what is left is just banal chat, mainly about Ed’s quirks and going over old ground. Maybe I’ll catch up on all of the missed episodes someday but it’s now well down my list of podcasts to listen too. Two stars for being better than Ball’s and Osbourne.
Mourning the loss of the old format (I understand the necessity of its demise; best of luck in the Facebook group election Geoff!). But by God, the Cheerful Chatterooooooo is exactly what the doctor ordered for these ostensibly pessimistic times.
