  • So not good

It’s a family affair and that isn’t good. Too much of your kid and silliness doesn’t entertain. Stopped listening and thought maybe you guys improved, but I didn’t think you could get worse… well, you proved me wrong. So. I will continue to listen to other podcasts.

  • Too many ads

This show is fantastic. One of the best paranormal podcasts out there. I’ve been listening to it for years. But, there’s about 10 min of ghost stories and the rest of the podcasts is chocked full of back-to-back repetitive ads.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

The Spirits That Never Left Lemp Mansion, Part Two | The Grave Talks
Q: With all these spirits interacting with each other, why do some stay earthbound while others move on?
The guest explains that earthbound status often stems from the manner of death, unresolved trauma, and the need for someone alive to help guide or acknowledge them, which can prevent them from crossing over unless a living person assists.
The Spirits That Never Left Lemp Mansion, Part One | The Grave Talks
Q: What were some of your first experiences there that gave you personal confirmation of the hauntings?
My first strong experiences included a table shaking during a dinner-event, a loud, intimate contact with a spirit while on the first night of hosting tours, and later a dramatic awakening to the presence of a non-visible force that signaled itself through sounds and perceived energy around me.
The Spirits That Never Left Lemp Mansion, Part One | The Grave Talks
Q: Sure. Take us back. How did you initially become involved with the mansion?
I became involved after taking on a role as a German maid for Sunday tours, which led to developing a broader interest in the mansion, meeting members of the owning family, and eventually becoming the paranormal investigator and historian for the Pointer family.
The Ghosts of Appalachia, Part One | The Grave Talks
Q: Pam, when you go into these locations, how much do you research the history of the location?
We do a deep dive, researching everything we can about the family lineage, pulling deeds, contacting living relatives, and digging through libraries to uncover as much history as possible.
Investigating the Dark Side of the Paranormal, Part Two | The Grave Talks
Q: What happens after a crossing over if it occurs?
In at least one instance, a cross-over was described as leaving a gatekeeper's space and creating a noticeable, comforting change in the environment, though this is not the primary aim of investigations.
