Love the commentary and the stories but the ads are far too heavy. Why do we need 10 minutes of commercials? I guess the point is pay for your membership?

  • Terrible podcast : (

If you want to hear 30 minutes of commercials and about 5 minutes of back and forth banter with a sprinkling of 2-3 minutes of actual call in guests, this podcast is for you. Makes you want to pull your hair out. It used to be much better but has gone downhill, like the Grand Canyon. The host’s equally untalented daughter also is a frequent, and even more uninteresting topic of conversation.

  • Background music distracts

Trying to listen to the guests, but my attention is drawn to the music. It’s very distracting to hear the tune playing while the guest is talking.

  • I love this podcast, but I do have one question. Are some of these read by an AI voice? there are some strange glitches that just don't sound natural.

But like I said, I find this podcast very interesting, and I really appreciate how much content is constantly added.

The Spirits of the Historic Fleetwood Church, Part Two | Guest Donnie Parker
Q: How do you handle cleansing in private homes, and what traditions influence your methods?
Cleansing is conducted with a combination of practical room-wide scans, sage, cedar, lavender, sweetgrass, and Palo Santo to clear negative energy; the process includes follow-up with clients to ensure peaceful aftereffects and address any attachments that may linger.
The Spirits of the Historic Fleetwood Church, Part Two | Guest Donnie Parker
Q: What kinds of equipment do you rely on during investigations and how do you use them?
The team uses digital recorders and dowsing rods, with dowsing to identify where spirits stand and to ask yes/no questions; they also adapt based on environmental factors like passing trains and ensure the spirits have space to communicate without forced interaction.
The Spirits of the Historic Fleetwood Church, Part Two | Guest Donnie Parker
Q: Do you feel like there are, perhaps, people associated more with the church that are still there?
Yes, there are individuals connected to the church who still visit; spirits are active but selective in how they communicate, which guides how investigations are conducted to respect their space.
The Spirits of the Historic Fleetwood Church, Part One | Guest Donnie Parker
Q: Did Steve buy the church to restore it and perhaps host weddings or services again?
Yes, the goal was to restore it back to its former state, support events and potentially renew services, while honoring the original congregation's history.
The Spirits of the Historic Fleetwood Church, Part One | Guest Donnie Parker
Q: So what does it take to become the steward? What qualifications did you have?
I keep the key and stay on-site during investigations, opening the church and ensuring security and coordination for the team.
