Found this podcast randomly on Apple Podcasts but I’m enjoying it. Would be great if you can do an episode on people who are interested in buying real estate in Michigan as an investment - which areas have the most long term growth potential? Thanks.
Andrew does a great job of breaking down real estate into bite sized pieces. The information is easy to understand and he makes it fun to listen to! It’s refreshing to listen to someone in real estate who is genuine and honest. Definitely recommend
Andrew’s podcasts have helped me see a whole new and different aspect of owning a home and being a first time home buyer. After listening to these, I find myself well educated beyond most first time home buyers. It allows me to feel comfortable while going through the buying process. I recommend checking him out.
As someone thinking about buying my first home, I definitely wanted to learn as much as I can about the process and this was the perfect place to do it! The content is amazing and I love that the episodes are short enough that you can actually remember and retain the information too. Can’t wait to hear the next one!
If you’re trying to learn more about real estate I’d highly recommend this podcast!
Andrew is straight to the point and gives great information. The podcasts are a perfect blend of short but yet you can tell he did the research to provide great information! He also makes the episodes interesting and entertaining unlike many other informative podcasts. Don’t listen to this one if you’re trying to sleep as you’ll be up all night listening to the episodes.
