This is a great episode from my perspective, I think Tony express a very good point for everyone but specifically from the immigrant perspective in a way that sometimes you have to be on those shoes to be able to understand how difficult it is to pay attention in a different language than your own and at the same time understand and respond in a time manner without being rude and interrupting people .
I had been adhering in a membership during a few months, Mr Kaizen had been very supportive with me and all of he’s students.

A practical show that blends language learning, personal development, and everyday psychology through conversational storytelling and actionable tips. Episodes commonly explore staying calm under pressure, building discipline, mastering small talk, and navigating social dynamics, all with a focus on improving real-world English and communication confidence. A standout is the host's habit of weaving sports metaphors and personal anecdotes to make language learning feel approachable and doable, with an emphasis on consistency over perfection. This mix likely appeals to ESL learners seeking relatable, motivational guidance and practical language strategies within a broader self-improvement frame.
