I made the mistake of subscribing to this service and then made the unpleasant discovery that they automatically renewed my subscription. Even when I requested several months before the renewal date, that they cancel it. I have email confirmation from their Head of Sales assuring me that they would stop charging my card, yet they continued.
Bottom line: They will use your credit card details and keep renewing your subscription without consent, ignoring your requests for a refund. Do yourself a ... more
