    this podcast is not the best but the ata place is cool they give you free kono magazines witch also has a podcast (witch i also was first to rate)but it does become more and more like a chore as you start to do it more often i am a black belt and it is seriously tireing i just wanna play with friends instead so ata is good but also tireing
