農園は、エルサルバドル西部、サンタアナ県コアテペケにあるラ・エスパニョーラ農園。レッドブルボンという昔ながらの品種にこだわって栽培されていて、農園にはマンゴーやアボカド、オークなど多様な樹木が共生し、豊かな自然の中でコーヒー栽培が行われているようです。
