  • Life-changing podcast

This podcast is life-changing. If you are a stage four thriver this is one of the few things out there that really can give you hope and inspiration. Everyone's story is a little bit different, so you may get a piece out of one persons story that would be useful for you and another tip from somebody else… It gives you hope in a way that you can see yourself using. I just love it and the ads actually are even interesting!!

  • A Must Listen Resource for Providers and Patients

This podcast is an invaluable, unique, and inspiring resource to bear witness into the healing journey that we often don’t get to experience. In our current healthcare system, often the individual story is left out of the picture - and that piece is what’s most important and makes us human: our journeys through life’s most difficult challenges - through acceptance and advocacy. Thank you to the RR Project - especially Liz and Karla - for your dedication and efforts in sharing this with the world... more

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Elaine Gibson, Stage 4 Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma Thriver
Q: How did you start to move from fear to action, and what role did awareness play in that transition?
Awareness allowed me to shift from fear to action; once I understood what was happening in my body and began applying oxygen-focused and lifestyle changes, I could engage in concrete steps like oxygenating routines, nutrition, and mindful movement that accelerated healing.
Elaine Gibson, Stage 4 Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma Thriver
Q: What is one piece of advice you would offer to someone who's feeling fear around the prognosis at the beginning of a healing journey or during a recurrence?
Know that your body is not broken. There's nothing to matter with you. Your body is brilliant. Listen to it, trust the wisdom it provides, and implement science- and nature-based strategies that work at the cellular level.
Robin Daly, Yes to Life Founder
Q: How has public perception changed over the years regarding integrative oncology?
Public opinion has shifted significantly, especially helped by broader media exposure and the Covid era, moving from skepticism to recognizing the value of lifestyle, nutrition, and mind-body approaches as legitimate components of cancer care.
Robin Daly, Yes to Life Founder
Q: What inspired you to start Yes to Life?
Bryony's experience with cancer and the need for authentic, accessible information and support outside hospital settings drove me to create a charity that could help families navigate a wide range of integrative options and connect them with practical resources.
Catherine Todd, Stage 4 Breast Cancer Thriver
Q: What practical steps can listeners take today to apply radical remission principles?
Start with spiritual and emotional alignment, cultivate gratitude and joy, engage in supported lifestyle changes (diet, exercise, social support), and explore safe integrative options with medical guidance.
