  • Michelle is one of my favorite people!!!

Michelle offers a balanced and thoughtful approach to wellness—she has a unique ability to break down complex topics into easily digestible information, offering actionable advice that actually feels achievable. What I love most is how she debunks common myths in the diet world and encourages listeners to focus on real, personalized solutions rather than following trends. Highly recommend for anyone looking to approach wellness in a more holistic, non-judgmental way. Love ya, Michelle!

Then I heard Michelle on another podcast and the rest is history :) her view was EXACTLY what I was feelin... more
