Hey there, nothing is there for us to learn nothing was new
Has great guests that provide a lot of valuable information. But she talks WAY TOO MUCH.
Michelle offers a balanced and thoughtful approach to wellness—she has a unique ability to break down complex topics into easily digestible information, offering actionable advice that actually feels achievable. What I love most is how she debunks common myths in the diet world and encourages listeners to focus on real, personalized solutions rather than following trends. Highly recommend for anyone looking to approach wellness in a more holistic, non-judgmental way. Love ya, Michelle!
