First: I laughed so hard within the first 3 minutes of listening to my first episode because of the banter.
Second: they take the overly complicated language and make it applicable to any person. (Coming from someone with 15+ years experience in Quality in a government microbiology lab which is pretty different than industry)
This is great!
Kindly speak about ☝️
Highly recommend! This has made my daily playlist.
First off, very entertaining. I love the banter and laughter. This won’t put you to sleep!
Second, every episode has practical ways to look at and view quality in your work and life.
Third, there is so much to learn and this podcast makes it easy! Thanks guys! Great work!
Thank you for a real world, down to earth podcast about the struggles that quality professionals face and how to overcome them! I always learn something new or am reminded of a fundamental lesson that I might have stowed away out of mind. Keep up the great work!
I love this pod and I’m specifically trying to not use that word so much. However I had to use it for this. What a great balance between Kyle and Darcy. The symmetry and synergy between someone of wisdom and someone of wisdom too but not in this area (who also earnestly wants to learn) creates a place to both gain and expand knowledge!
And as someone who knows a bit about manufacturing (was a manufacturing engineer at Schlumberger and worked with many high precision machine shops as well) th... more
Quality Matters is a great podcast put forward by a great team. It’s good to see the intended spirit of Quality and what it really is, being brought to the forefront for discussion.
It’s like shedding light in a place often mentioned, but never discussed. Keep up the good fight.
Sound is horrible. Sounds like it was recorded in the 80's on a cassette recorder. Can't comment on the content because bad sound made it unbearable to listen to.

Quality Matters is a great podcast for quality professionals who want to get deep into API, ISO and Six Sigma quality control initiatives, but also general business insights for the quality professional. The mix of the two will help anyone in business especially for quality professionals.
This is a great podcast. Kyle and wife Darci are excellent hosts. I really like the fact that their podcasts are not overly edited. They feel real and are really entertaining; plus, they have some great guests. Their content is informative and relevent in all things quality. This is especially true for anyone working in the greater energy sector. Keep up the great work guys!
Really enjoy these podcasts when they are released, keep up the great work.`I look forward to future insights. Thank you.
I started listening because I’m preparing for my CQA exam next month, so figured it could help with that. Definitely does. Also, I’m the lone QA Manager/employee at a small company - self taught in quality with some guidance from third party audits - and it has been great to hear all the tips to further improve! I’m glad I found this.
I love how this from folks that not only know quality management theory but lived in the quality roles. Very practical high quality podcast. 0 defects.
Good stuff, but I can hardly hear the girl speaking (apologies for not remembering names). Turn up the mic, sit closer, and/or speak louder. You won’t go over the OSHA TLV.
Quality matters to all of us. Kyle and Darcy is taking the discussions to the next level. Give them a listen. You won't be disappointed!
