艾倫《牽手之聲網路電台-CanCheers》 ｜節目名稱：心情轉運站｜ 在心情轉運站的第一個單元是藝文進行式，我為聽友們帶來一些關於藝文活動及展覽資訊；也會邀請一些策展企劃來分享展覽前後的一些流程，並介紹藝術家創作理念。 第二個單元是病友好生活，透過訪談一些病友，分享自己如何抗癌成功，並且回歸原來生活的過程。 節目的第三個單元是我愛糜糜之音，藉由節目分享自己喜歡的歌，也會邀請一些來賓跟大家分享自己喜歡的歌。 而在「漫談身、心、靈」單元，艾倫會邀請一些專業人士來跟大家解答中年熟女們會面臨到的問題，如：更年期帶來身體外觀的改變時，要如何保養才不會因為變老而缺乏自信；因為退休，一時生活失去重心，要如何調整心態；要如何找到適合自己的紓壓方式等。希望中年熟女們不要害怕，以充滿自信及活力的態度慢慢變老。 真心希望自己可以透過節目來幫助一些仍在跟病魔對抗的病友，走出陰霾，克服身心煎熬，回到往日健康... more

今天艾倫的心情轉運站前兩個單元要播出的是病友好生活。要來跟大家分享自己抗癌故事的是病友一凡。今年43歲的二寶媽一凡，是甲狀腺癌一期的病人。甲狀腺癌早期通常是沒有明顯的症狀，一凡非常幸運，8年前在一次陪媽媽到醫院做甲狀腺超音波時，因為醫生隨口的一句：你有空也來做一下檢查！一凡照做了之後，就確診甲狀腺癌一期。在做了切除手術後的一年，一凡是沒有味覺的，要靠家人的表情來判斷自己煮菜味道的鹹淡。3年前，一凡檢查出有子宮肌腺症和巧克力囊腫後，又做了子宮切除手術。因為有宗教信仰，讓自己在人生谷底時，藉由信仰帶... more
