嚴珮綺Peggy老師繼續談敦煌舞，學習舞蹈的初期會要求肢體的柔軟度，而進入了某個程度則需要是穩定和平衡，老師建議可在家自我訓練，例如 在家赤足走路，訓練踮腳有助於身體活化 ,刺激腳底本體感覺 ,人體有筋膜腺，手部活動伸展可帶動整個身體更有活力，訓練身體的穩定和平衡才能掌握舞蹈的節奏和美感，老師特別強調學舞無法速成，而是不斷的累積和在挫折中繼續堅持的動力

上一集談到現代主婦如何用各種小家電來做菜，這一集我和Shirley分享我們的拿手菜，Shirleys拿手菜是香腸或臘腸炒飯，這一道炒飯的秘密武器竟然是紹興酒，而我是客家人，拿手的不是客家料理而是跟婆婆學習的炸醬麵和牛肉麵 ，然而這些也只是主婦或媳婦生涯中小小部分而已喔!

關於敦煌舞的由來和舞蹈特色，在之前的節目中Peggy老師就談到中國古典舞的分類中，敦煌舞是其中一個舞蹈種類，舞蹈的開展源自於敦煌石窟壁畫，老師從敦煌舞的歷史談起，敦煌舞的舞蹈特色就像走過絲路般的，它以佛教中的人物為主，結合西域地區的民族文化而產生，最經典的就是大家耳熟能詳的”千手觀音”，從學習中國爵士到中國古典舞蹈到現在學習的敦煌舞，手足展現的方式是不太一樣的，老師還特別提到敦煌舞的服裝如飛天彩帶和華麗的配飾更是一大特點.

今天和Shirley聊聊”吃和做菜”，現代的主婦相對是幸福的，廚房裡除了瓦斯爐，為了減少油煙還可以利用各種不同的家電用品，如烤箱 微波盧 氣炸鍋 電鍋 電子鍋 果汁機 豆漿機 咖啡機……等等，這麼多家電輔助，我跟Shirley也只聊到我們的早餐而已，職業婦女和家庭主婦的早餐有什麼不同呢!
