Recently found this podcast and am loving it! Really enjoyed your conversation with Robia Scott about her journey from dancer to actor to author and emotional coach. What a fun and helpful conversation about struggles, food issues, counterfeit comforts, especially for women. Tons of amazing takeaways in this episode!

I love this podcast. It sheds a real, pure light on what and who these athletes are besides athletics that people don’t get to see simply by watching them compete. Their and your inspirational and amazing life lessons and advice helps not only athletes but everyone strive to try to make themselves better. I hope this podcast goes on for years.
As a mother of three, I turn to Laura's podcast for inspiration and guidance living my everyday life. Her wisdom, insights, and perspective transcend athletics. You don't have to be an athlete to overcome adversity, rise to the occasion, or conquer fear. We all have trials and tribulations. Knowing there is a library of Laura's knowledge provides peace of mind for me. What a resource to have at my fingertips! Since I can't live in her home, this is the next best thing!
I’m a marathon runner and love listening to this podcast during long runs. It’s been awesome to learn more about athletes I know of as well as learning about new athletes to support!! I end up following all the interviewees on social media afterwards. Can’t wait for the next Olympics- hopefully this summer!!
