… ich habe früher gerne zugehört. Leider geht’s jetzt nur noch um Eigenwerbung und Selbstbeweihräucherung. Lebenserfahrung in gewissen Bereichen zu haben bedeutet übrigens auch nicht, dass die eigene Ausbildung qualitativ hochwertiger ist, als die Kurse, die hier negativ bewertet werden. Abgesehen davon, als arbeitsrechtlich anerkannte Ausbildungen gelten diese „Coaching“- Kurse alle nicht und somit gibt es auch keinen verbindlichen Qualitätsrahmen und Nachweise.

Liebe Sonja, ich liebe deinen Podcast. Bin traumatisiert und insbesondere die Regulationsübungen sind sehr hilfreich. Gerade in der heutigen Folge fällt mir allerdings auf, dass ich kaum zuhören kann, weil ich das Sprechen für das Thema zu schnell mit zuviel Druck empfinde. Wut und Mutterwunde… Gerade hier würde ich mir mehr Weichheit und Pausen wünschen beim Reden. Fürs Nervensystem 😉
