  • Good pod, but...

Scott Horton, for the love of god, stop interrupting so much.

  • It's hard to take them seriously if they smugly agree that Trump is "loco." And that comment alone likely sorts the reader into a lover or hater of this podcast. In anothrr episode they wailed, whined, and cried that Trump was about to send troops into Iran. Anybody can see that is never going to happen. Another 2 cases of TDS who's vision is blinded by TDS.

  • Speculation

Been listening since the start. Was a good source of news now is all wild speculation told as fact with some I think or I believe scattered in between for legal reason before doubling down. Then end for me was Cooper talking about inside sources still in the military tell me… isn’t that leaking info that would be helpful to the enemy.

  • What?

Stop acting like Iran is some kind of victim. They are the financiers of every terrorist group coming out of the Middle East as well as providing funding for the leftist shift towards Marxism. What planet are you operating on?

I’m going to have to rethink my relationship with Martyr Made and your take on history.

  • 2 heroes telling the truth. Antiwar.com and Libertarian Institute's Scott Horton and historian writer Darryl Cooper have a weekly show (live on YouTube Friday nights) where they talk about the week's news in the world of politics and antiwar foreign policy. Darryl also has a background in US Navy ballistic missiles so his experience is very valuable to the convo. Again, a heroic pairing to get you educated and give you a spine to stand up against the War Party. I'm forever grateful, boys!

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

EP:49 - The Trump Assassination Plots, with Ken Silva
Q: How did Crooks manage to be on a rooftop 130 yards from the president with a clear line of sight?
The discussion points to a combination of security perimeter gaps, miscommunication between command centers, and the fact that the rooftop perch was outside the perimeter yet within a vulnerable distance, with multiple failures in radio channels and rapid escalation.
EP:35 - Another War for Israel
Q: What can we expect from groups like Hezbollah or Ayatollah Sistani if real conflict does break out?
Sistani will likely try to keep Iraq out of the conflict, but pressures could push him towards action if significant events occur in Iran.
EP:35 - Another War for Israel
Q: Could you please give us your assessment of the protest movement as far as how it broke out and what was behind that?
The protests stemmed from legitimate indigenous anger against government repression and economic difficulties but were complicated by the involvement of various armed insurgent groups.
EP:33 - Epstein's World
Q: Was Epstein working for Putin?
No, Epstein was networking primarily on behest of Israel, utilizing his connections to make inroads rather than acting on his own.
EP:18 - GUEST: Glenn Greenwald: The Fall of John Bolton
Q: Is John Bolton's indictment politically motivated?
There are elements of political hostility, but the charges likely are serious enough for prosecution regardless of that.
