  • Tom has gone full unhinged & is nothing like his old self

Tom used to be a rare one who wasn’t hung up or obsessed with anything that created bias. He called it like he saw it…. He’s gone full crazy lately. His buddy Dave Smith must be influencing him. They spend 24/7 shouting conspiracy theories with no evidence. I liked it when tom talked about real conspiracies, which there are many but lately he’s all in on Candace Owen level nonsense

  • New intro and outro suck

I know the show has had them for a while now, but the previous ones were so much better. Not only did they sound better, but with the new ones using the terms "the elites" and "the regime" it just sounds like it's pandering to paranoid morons.

  • Finally, a High-IQ Politics Show!

Tom Woods is one of the only genuinely right-wing, America First, anti-mass-migration libertarians out there. On top of that, he has a lot of knowledge of history and economics that is virtually unmatched among right-wing commentators, as far as I know. Might not be as big as the others, but his show is definitely worth listening to.

  • The Trump Woods Show

Listened and enjoyed Mr. Woods for many years during the Bush/Obama regimes. But the Trump Devotion Syndrome has sadly infected another patient. I think the term is ‘audience capture.’

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Ep. 2770 Are You Starting to Wonder About the Civil Rights Movement?
Q: So are you able to just give us like the three sentence summary of what happened in that tent?
Carl provides a concise recap: two high school students, one black and one white, a confrontation escalates to violence with a knife, resulting in a fatal stabbing; the assailant is convicted of murder and given a lengthy sentence, which is framed as a just outcome.
Ep. 2768 The Israel Lobby: You're Anti-Semitic if You Notice Us
Q: What is your view on Massie's role and the influence of foreign donors in his defeat?
Massie represents a rare case where a U.S. congressman stood against a torrent of donor influence, with the guests arguing the defeat was driven more by foreign money and astroturfed grassroots support than organic local support.
Ep. 2763 The Trump Assassination Plots: The Unanswered Questions
Q: How do you view the testimony discrepancies between Secret Service and local law enforcement?
The discrepancies suggest either communication breakdowns or deliberate obfuscation, as a key Secret Service official reportedly did not relay critical information about roof activity, conflicting with what local agencies testified.
Ep. 2763 The Trump Assassination Plots: The Unanswered Questions
Q: Was there an ATF agent at the scene, and what is known about his role?
There was a mystery ATF agent on the scene who was not supposed to be there; the Secret Service later claimed he was present in a personal capacity, but this contradicts other accounts and raises serious questions about who was actually coordinating security.
Ep. 2763 The Trump Assassination Plots: The Unanswered Questions
Q: What is the biggest unanswered question you have about the Butler incident?
The biggest unanswered question is why the counter sniper waited 15 seconds to return fire, which suggests potential missteps or intentional delay in the critical moments after Crooks was sighted. This timing ambiguity fuels broader skepticism about the integrity of the incident's official narrative.
