  • Tom has gone full unhinged & is nothing like his old self

Tom used to be a rare one who wasn’t hung up or obsessed with anything that created bias. He called it like he saw it…. He’s gone full crazy lately. His buddy Dave Smith must be influencing him. They spend 24/7 shouting conspiracy theories with no evidence. I liked it when tom talked about real conspiracies, which there are many but lately he’s all in on Candace Owen level nonsense

  • New intro and outro suck

I know the show has had them for a while now, but the previous ones were so much better. Not only did they sound better, but with the new ones using the terms "the elites" and "the regime" it just sounds like it's pandering to paranoid morons.

  • Finally, a High-IQ Politics Show!

Tom Woods is one of the only genuinely right-wing, America First, anti-mass-migration libertarians out there. On top of that, he has a lot of knowledge of history and economics that is virtually unmatched among right-wing commentators, as far as I know. Might not be as big as the others, but his show is definitely worth listening to.

  • The Trump Woods Show

Listened and enjoyed Mr. Woods for many years during the Bush/Obama regimes. But the Trump Devotion Syndrome has sadly infected another patient. I think the term is ‘audience capture.’

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Ep. 2779 The Left Expects You to Live by Lies
Q: Where do you begin when teaching young men who feel aimless and overwhelmed by modern life?
Start with understanding what motivates people, especially young men, and channel that energy into constructive pursuits like entrepreneurship and service, using practical philosophy and real-world skills rather than abstract theorizing.
Ep. 2776 The Birthright Citizenship Disaster: What to Do Now
Q: Is there any real chance of a statutory solution given the court's recent interpretation?
There may be a path through statutory reinterpretation, but the Supreme Court's stance could preclude that option, making a constitutional amendment or other drastic measures more likely to address the issue.
Ep. 2776 The Birthright Citizenship Disaster: What to Do Now
Q: What are the actual mechanisms you think could block birthright citizenship going forward?
Options include a statutory reinterpretation by Congress, a constitutional amendment, or cutting off funding for issuing birth certificates to children of illegal aliens, with the ultimate goal being a constitutional fix or a robust legislative framework.
Ep. 2776 The Birthright Citizenship Disaster: What to Do Now
Q: So if I'm mistaken, tell me what your view actually is.
The birthright citizenship issue is not rooted in the text of the Constitution but has grown through judicial interpretation. The court's ruling should empower the people and legislators to decide, potentially via constitutional amendment or statutory changes, rather than a judicially created right.
Ep. 2770 Are You Starting to Wonder About the Civil Rights Movement?
Q: So are you able to just give us like the three sentence summary of what happened in that tent?
Carl provides a concise recap: two high school students, one black and one white, a confrontation escalates to violence with a knife, resulting in a fatal stabbing; the assailant is convicted of murder and given a lengthy sentence, which is framed as a just outcome.
