Overall this is a basic info podcast so if it’s all brand new you may learn some real real logical basics. But it’s really just a plug and brag for their business or using buyers agents. The mortgage broker doesn’t need as much of a plug, majority of ppl use them.
Sanchez sounds disinterested or stoned. And in the latest ep, clearly wasn’t following Vidlers analogy of comparing two properties both at $500k. lol. Just a couple of guys having a go I guess.
Love listening to you guys. Super informative. Continuously building my motivation to invest in property the right way
