This is easily the best podcast for aspiring or experienced developers. Justin asks some great questions and digs deep to extract the knowledge of his guests. Great value when he openly shares his own experiences and lessons. Anybody that can get Phil Anderson on their podcast must be doing something right.
This podcast is excellent. I’m very glad I stumbled upon it as an aspiring developer that has a few properties in the works for development. I am located in the US but found it still wholly appropriate for that area as everything is very similar as far as challenges faced: from deciding what lot to purchase, going to City Council if you need a rezone for your property, navigating the permitting and how to get financing. Thanks for producing this Justin loads of very useful information here!
Great podcast with lots of real life down to earth content that is both inspiring and practical.
Awesome podcast focusing on Aussie development. Starting to get some heavy hitting guests on, e.g. Jonathon Hallinan. Keep it up Justin!
This podcast gives tremendous insight for those of us in the development business.
