Troy brings in great guests and engages them really well!!! Super informative and fun... I highly recommend Project Pastor!
Troy has a wonderful ability to use the Project Pastor Podcast to bring people, ideas, and ministries to light and really get to the center and the heart of these ministries. Each episode has its own unique flavor, because Troy lets the guest create the experience and does not force fit a method or technique onto the interview. His "Quarter" episodes are super dense learning nuggets that we can all benefit from.
Troy does a fantastic job of asking good questions on much needed topics. This podcast is an oasis in a sea of ministry distractions.
The topics on the podcast are needed to be heard by all pastors trying to prove themselves through performance and church growth. Let the interviews seep into your soul. Thank you Troy!
