We love MB’s podcasts. By incorporating his personal details at times, he made us RELATE to scientific materials in an individual specific. It’s very important to note that science has rules & EXCEPTIONS (ie, individual differences). Thank you so much Mr MB

  • It’s up you Mark.

Mainstream media and social media companies are paid to divert our attention away from the important topics that Mark addresses in these podcasts. It’s up to him and other wealthy, motivated like minded people to help create change.

Otherwise shortly we will end up in a community of lazy, angry, overweight unsociable people and it will almost be impossible to come back from this.

  • Less talking from the host!

I really, really love the concept of this podcast, the fact it’s Australian, and the topics of covers, but I’m not sure Mark Bouris is a great host. He constantly talks/mumbles over the experts, and shares very long winded stories from his personal life that ruin the rhythm of the show. I just wish he asked questions that let them share their knowledge, so everyone can learn. It feels like he’s just having a conversation with them for his own personal learning. After four episodes, I’m really st... more

  • Good Australian Health & Longevity Show

Listened to most episodes now, was really keen to hear an Australian based show on health and longevity. Some really good experts on the show and good topics. If Mark did less talking about his own lived experience, he seems to get carried away with this too often but rather probe the experts with questions and give them the time to answer in full i think this would be a really good show!
