  • Define an Australian!

Sam I’m a great fan of your podcast and enjoy your reel rants too. On this issue however I really disagree with how you interpret who is Australian.

Your debate with Joanna and James got really fierce and at times you let yourself down with your anger towards James. As a British Australian myself who has been naturalised,(not born here) I claim to be British Australian.

Joanna Howe, regardless of her Indian background is Australian as she is definitely a part of Australian culture and has our... more

  • UnAustralian.

How many times can you say “if you can’t define it, you can’t defend it” in a single episode? With the calibre of guests that are on this podcast it could be amazing, but Sam you’re just so angry and aggressive. The way you spoke to Dr Howe and her husband was disgraceful and unAustralian. She’s done (and continues to do) far more for Australia than you ever will.

  • If Sam could only stop interrupting

This is a platform for Sam to push his opinions, leveraging guests to attempt a two-sided conversation, but pushes his point, talks over the top of and doesn’t listen.

  • Authentic & Real

Great podcast. Sam is not a polished media shill, which is exactly what makes him so appealing. He’s able to have strong views yet still show respect and genuine interest in his guests when they have a different view. This is what media should be. Keep it up.

#97 - Senator Alex Antic - Roberts-Smith, Immigration, Energy Chaos & ASIO Powers
Q: What is your view on the current immigration policy and its long-term demographic impact?
The guest argues immigration policy is being mishandled, leading to demographic changes and potential erosion of national identity. He advocates for stricter controls, prioritizing Australians and faster paths to deportation for those deemed non-essential, while stressing the need for policies that support family formation and birth rates at home.
#91 - Kangaroo Jack - Identity, Immigration & The Future of Australia
Q: What is your stance on the Voice to Parliament and Indigenous constitutional recognition?
The guest expresses deep skepticism about predefined Indigenous representation in Parliament, while acknowledging there is a need to respect Indigenous history and voices; the host contrasts yes/no positions, highlighting concerns about potential unintended consequences and the practicalities of political implementation.
#81 - Ben Duxson - Farmers Fight Back Against the Green Land Grab
Q: Have you seen any politicians listen or respond to these concerns?
There's frustration with Labor and Liberal both; some attention from One Nation and local candidates, but broad skepticism about policy commitments and actual change on the ground.
#81 - Ben Duxson - Farmers Fight Back Against the Green Land Grab
Q: What's the core risk you see with the current energy policy for farmers like you?
The main issue is compulsory land access for transmission lines that disrupt farming operations, reduce land value, threaten water and soil health, and shift profits overseas while driving up energy costs and food prices.
#79 - Charlie Bakhos - Lebanon, Israel/Palestine & Faith Under Fire
Q: How do you view the current political climate in Australia?
He believes there is an agenda causing divisions among various groups and feels disappointed with political leadership.
