This probably won't win any awards for podcasting excellence or educational mastery, but Tiff and I had fun chatting about how and why choosing pain, discomfort and uncertainty can lead to more comfort, confidence and calm, and less anxiety, overthin... more
This brief-ish solo episode is my wrap up to the mini (three-part) coaching series I've done over the last week or so, about all things mind, brain, body and more importantly, self-awareness, self-regulation and self-actualisation (becoming the 'you'... more
Back for some coaching around a couple of universally-relevant questions that I believe we should all - not only ask ourselves - but more importantly, endeavour to understand deeply and operationalise (do something practical with) in our own lives. F... more
Every time I go into this podcast threesome, I psych myself to deliver a high-level, professional and helpful insight into the world of technology. It never works. Of course, I attribute the subsequent mayhem to Tiff and Patrick. And of course, shy w... more

Really good content. I just listened to today’s episode (#2103). If this is what we get when the guest isn’t available then more guests should drop out! Sensible, inspiring and a great call to action. No issues at all with the frank, direct style of delivery. Keep up the good work.
I discovered you last year and what an amazing podcast. I know you didn’t make me give up my addiction that was potentially seriously harming me I got the strength, willpower and motivation to do it via listening as well as sorting myself out. I’ve listened to enough of your podcasts to know you don’t consider yourself a motivational speaker, but you still deliver.
I love your insight, your warmth, your humour and the fact that they aren’t afraid to tell it as it is! I love the daily opportunity for a reality check and the frequent reminders to get out of my own way. I can’t say I’ve followed your advice to the letter, but Im getting better
Thanks for keeping me company during many hours of training
Your guest spot on Andrew May’s PI podcast completely resonated with me. Have listened to a couple of your other podcasts, I’m hooked. How we look at aging, retirement, age appropriate, the commentary around starting a PhD at 55, etc are all culturally driven narrative, which reflects also in how we treat our aged population. I’m hooked, your podcast is what I have been looking for, it is entertaining and motivating, and I look forward to seeing the completed thesis. Thanks
Just listened to your Psychology of Ageing awesome and Attended the pm summit last week in Sydney that would be an awesome podcast if you could duplicate it with or without the visuals Sharon Kelly
