    Dr Huff is so inspirational and knowledgeable about cardiovascular and mental health and awareness. I particularly enjoyed the podcast that outlines exactly what he eats and how he works out on a weekly basis. It helped guide me to navigate my hectic work and personal life in order to ensure I optimize my cardiovascular health and nutritional status. I can’t wait to listen to all of them!

    Dr. Huff brings incredible people on his show and even better he asks really meaningful and relatable questions that we all can learn from! I personally enjoy health and wellness optimization and find that I can get a lot of inspirational and educational nuggets from listening to his conversations! Dr. Huff is also not scared to get into controversial topics which makes for a place to learn a lot!
