All birth is natural, it’s 2023, c’mon. Stop saying “natural” when referring to birth without intervention or without medication. The correct term is “unmedicated”.

Not particularly informative. Very sexist/ gender-normie. The conversations are in no way substantive - and takes a very yt approach to what concerns one may have and what resources one may have available to them. I skipped around episodes and didn't hear any advice I intend on using.

Some really wonderful advice in here but the common discussions about putting on “weight”, with negative undertones (for example having to break the habit of having two breakfasts - why is this a bad habit? Well done you for nourishing your body!) could be quite damaging to some people. I think we have a responsibility to move away from weight stigma, this is particularly relevant during pregnancy.
