I found this podcast after reading the book (of the same name). I think reading the book essential to understand the frameworks and methods they recommend, especially since the podcast episodes don’t seem to discuss them in detail. The podcast is a great and interesting supplement to the book.

My number one concern is their endorsement of allowing an infant to sleep in a swing and bedsharing. Both of which are proven to be unsafe. They also talk over and over again about the importance of a baby falling asleep independently but never talk about how to accomplish that. This ended up being a huge waste of time.

The podcast needs a script. Who talks seems knowledgeable, however I was looking for a simple 30 min talk on setting up the night routine for a 6-7 month old, but seems like 3 women chat on whatever comes up to their mind.
