一直覺得「夢」是很有趣的狀態，夢中的喜怒哀樂如此真實
「夢」有時是自己與潛意識的對話，有時又像是與其他維度的連線溝通

自從練氣以來，回頭讀《莊子》，越發覺得《莊子》就是氣學秘笈啊！！
比如《莊子·應帝王》中「游心於淡，合氣於漠」、「雕琢復朴」，這也是我頻道定名的根據，因為我特別鍾愛這三句話！！
現在看來，「游心於淡，合氣於漠、雕琢復朴」無異於是氣學心法呀，當然，這些都是我自己說的🤣，是個人理解與詮釋。
總之，經典就是各自解讀，各異其趣精彩紛呈不是嗎？
