If you’re navigating PMDD, this podcast is such a breath of fresh air. It blends science, lived experience, and practical tools in a way that actually feels supportive and doable. You can tell so much care and intention goes into each episode. It’s one of the few resources that makes you feel understood while also giving you real next steps.
I wanted to love this podcast but after listening to a few episodes, I realize I wasted my time because she gives no concrete solutions on how to manage PMDD outside of « buying her course and working with her team ». While I appreciate the work the host is doing to advocate for PMDD, it feels predatory to only want to make money on women who truly suffer.
You listen to hours of this podcast only to find it’s so surface level and all the things that actually can help you, she’ll skip over them and will ask you work with her to get help. Then why put this hours long advertisement by calling it a podcast.
