Why promote your show with outdated ad reads? I heard one the last couple days, “I’m taking the lions over the chiefs for the Super Bowl.? Lions didn’t even make
It to the Super Bowl. Like he recorded it ahead of time.
Been too long. So happy this show has returned.
I continue to get the same, outdated, and most importantly IDIOTIC Tua take on my ads. Great lesson: Don’t record an ad for your podcast that will live in perpetuity. Beyond that, it’s a stupid take on Tua who would get yet another concussion soon afterward. And most importantly it’s in the most arrogant “hot take” tone of all time.
Chris Howard is a natural! He’s personable, relatable and amazingly funny! I love how he shared personal anecdotes as well.
I’m not even a sports fanatic, but I am hooked on this podcast! Chris Howard is conversant on a multitude of sports, has an obvious connection with his guests and speaks from a place of knowledge born out of experience and passion - not just from what he has read or heard from sports channels. Approachable, not arrogant and entertaining… and before I know, I’ve learned something!
