  • Not for the Faint of Heart... Unless you Actually Want to Have a Clue

I will be the first to admit that I can be a little squirmy when it comes to sex talk. I grew up with it being a subject you only discuss with the very closest of friends and your wife. However that can leave you dreadfully ignorant of some very valuable information. Eve brings safety and class to a conversation that a lot of people avoid. She is helping all of us get an education on something no one ever talked to us about.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Phone Sex Tips, Fetish Psychology & Unfiltered Sexual Empowerment |Sexuality & Sex Education
Q: What distinguishes consensual fetish play from assault in discussions about kink?
The guest emphasizes enthusiastic, clearly communicated consent (often written or contract-like) and stresses that non-consensual acts, such as drugging or filming someone without consent, are criminal and traumatic.
Phone Sex Tips, Fetish Psychology & Unfiltered Sexual Empowerment |Sexuality & Sex Education
Q: How did you get into phone sex coaching and what are the key skills you teach?
Cidney explains she started in 2011, struggled at first, then developed techniques to monetize and coach others, focusing on listening, understanding fetishes, and storytelling to extend calls and maximize connection.
Healing Shame, Trauma & Intimacy in Gay Relationships | LGBTQIA Education
Q: What are the extremes you see in sexual expression among gay men, and why is avoiding these extremes important for healthy relationships?
The two extremes are shutting down and being overly aggressive or defensive; avoiding these extremes helps maintain a healthier environment for love, communication, and vulnerability in relationships.
Healing Shame, Trauma & Intimacy in Gay Relationships | LGBTQIA Education
Q: How does dissociation influence intimacy for gay men, and how can mindfulness help?
Dissociation disconnects a person from their body and nervous system, which can disrupt present-moment connection; mindfulness brings awareness back into the body and present experience, helping individuals relearn what they like and how to stay engaged during intimacy.
Healing Shame, Trauma & Intimacy in Gay Relationships | LGBTQIA Education
Q: What makes communication in relationships more than just talking—why is it about protection shaped by past experiences?
Communication is important, but it often functions as a surface layer masking deeper survival strategies formed from early relationships and trauma; changes in one partner can shift the entire dynamic, requiring a systemic adjustment to restore balance.
