  • Thorough analysis - Updated

I really enjoyed this first episode. I was expecting a bit of bias since a liberal MP was invited but pleasantly surprised to hear the hosts being accurate with every segment they touched.

    Update after the second episode:

Mickey Djuric can do a bit more to sound less biased. Her words always sugarcoat Liberals while subtly shading the Conservatives especially Pierre.

Would love to have less bias.

Cross-borders and floor crossers | Scott Aitchison
Q: What's the biggest difference between an Olympic town and Parliament Hill?
Everybody's happy in an Olympic town.
Cross-borders and floor crossers | Scott Aitchison
Q: You're obsessed with housing. How much are you staring at all those mid-rise Italian homes?
Some of the most beautiful cities in the world existed long before their planning degrees. They're livable and easy to get around.
Cross-borders and floor crossers | Scott Aitchison
Q: On a scale of polite clap to full on bread in the face, fan in the stands, what kind of fan are you?
I got to tell you, this is my first Olympics, and I've always been a fan of the Olympics, but I've never actually been to an Olympics. The opportunity to watch a constituent winning a gold medal was incredible and emotional.
Cross-borders and floor crossers | Scott Aitchison
Q: What was your immediate reaction to the news of Matt Jenneru crossing the floor to the Liberals?
I'm pretty disappointed in that news, but there's a lot more exciting things going on for Canada and for Perry Salma Skoker right here in Milan.
Carney’s big trip, Gould’s tight ship | Karina Gould
Q: What do people in Ottawa not get about Burlington?
Burlington is a wonderful community. It's a very diverse economy and we're not just a member of the GTA.
