Folks, if you want solid Methodist theology and Methodist doctrine with a sense of humor in a variety of topics related to the historic faith in the Wesleyan tradition than this is the podcast you need to listen too.
This is my favorite podcast because the topics and discussions help me to integrate my faith with the reality of life. Jesus is not an abstract concept but a real person who we can experience through the Holy Spirit. Firebrand brings this hope for the world into sharper focus.
Thank you for clarifying how things might work for pastors in process. It is a confusing time for many.
There is something going on. That something is someone. His name is Jesus. more
I attempted to listen to the latest episode from 2022-01-17. I was (and still am) very interested in the content. But to make David Watson’s audio level listenable, the other two hosts’ contribution became speaker-blowing and intolerable. And even then (in the car, I admit) sometimes Dr. Watson’s voice dropped too low to decipher. Sure there is a way to fix this so this valuable podcast can reach my ears. Until then, I truly am unable to listen to it.
