I’m a longtime follower of Eileen Kelly from her instagram days. Although I have enjoyed some of the episodes, I think the title of the podcast is misleading and should be changed. Mental health isn’t really - and arguably shouldn’t be - the main focus. There are a few eps about BPD and depression that focus on her uber specific experiences at a private (and highly exclusive) institution which aren’t super relatable. The content and guests of this podcast are great. Eileen is a competent interviewer but girl… please stop cutting off and finishing your guests’ sentences. While some guests handle it gracefully, others are clearly thrown off by it every time, and it’s irritating to listen to. more
