Thank you so much for this reasonable, realistic and straightforward perspective on Jools. It’s so painful to open basically any app and get immediately slapped in the face with transphobia, and I didn’t realize how on edge I am about it until I was deeeply relieved that this correct and normal perspective was the one you two shared.

  • Please pivot back to CMBC

Ladies, this isn't working. Take the loss & get back on the Celeb Memoir train. We get you wanted to be seen as more intellectual in the local NYC scene but WE DON'T CARE we just want the good podcast back because this new format honestly sucks.

  • I’m out

I’m sorry guys, I have to be done. It’s so boring. You’re droning on and on about the most boring topics, most of the time I zone out and I’m not even sure what you’re talking about anymore. A lot of the topics I’ve already heard covered on Monday or Tuesday. I’m not even convinced you guys care about what you are talking about.

  • Not a great pivot

I have been a longtime listener since around 2021/22. Like a lot of people their cmbc to “good noticings” rebrand has been a real bummer. I personally find the hosts really ill equipped and unstimulating in their commentary and convos and have also found the tone between them to become uncomfortably terse at times. Idk I want listen to podcasts to learn something interesting and get unique povs not to get uncomfy lol

Noticing Beckham Family Drama, Chiara Ferragni’s Legal Troubles, and West Virginia vs. B.P.J with the ACLU
Q: What can people do who are not going to the Supreme Court necessarily as a lawyer to help trans people right now?
Invest in creative projects, tell stories of trans folks, and advocate for their rights.
Noticing Lukas Gage’s Memoir, the AI Bubble, and Wendy Williams
Q: What does the quote mean to you?
I think I can relate to that part of myself that has definitely said some shit on TV or in an interview where I'm like, 'What is wrong with me?'
Noticing Lukas Gage’s Memoir, the AI Bubble, and Wendy Williams
Q: Why now? 30 is famously kind of young to write a memoir. What made you want to do it now?
I've always wanted to write a book. It was a thing that I dreamed of when I was a kid lying to my journal. I thought now is a perfect time for a premature memoir.
Alyson Stoner is Semi-Well-Adjusted
Q: Why did you decide to write your memoir at this stage?
Alyson wanted to address the ongoing issues surrounding child performers and contribute to conversations about mental health and advocacy for better protections.
Mara Wilson is Where She is Now
Q: Mara, if you had a week, what would be from your memoir?
I've got a workout class in five hours and I'd hate to miss it.
