  • Great takes by smart and funny girls

Thoughtful and funny, Claire and Ashley do a lot of research, are informed on the news and culture and make jokes. I like hearing their opinions. Good podcast.

  • Claire stop it!

Claire really is so rude to Ashley. She thinks she’s being intellectual? but she’s really just a cruel & cutting knowitall (ex: the Alex Honnold convo). And “skyscraping” is a truly clever term for climbing buildings.

  • Please PLEASE do memoirs again

For years, this podcast was my literal obsession and never missed an episode and listened to most episodes twice. I have tried to give this new format a chance and it just does not work. You guys excelled in the memoir category and I wish nothing more for you guys to go back to it and keep succeeding.

Noticing Beckham Family Drama, Chiara Ferragni’s Legal Troubles, and West Virginia vs. B.P.J with the ACLU
Q: What can people do who are not going to the Supreme Court necessarily as a lawyer to help trans people right now?
Invest in creative projects, tell stories of trans folks, and advocate for their rights.
Noticing Lukas Gage’s Memoir, the AI Bubble, and Wendy Williams
Q: What does the quote mean to you?
I think I can relate to that part of myself that has definitely said some shit on TV or in an interview where I'm like, 'What is wrong with me?'
Noticing Lukas Gage’s Memoir, the AI Bubble, and Wendy Williams
Q: Why now? 30 is famously kind of young to write a memoir. What made you want to do it now?
I've always wanted to write a book. It was a thing that I dreamed of when I was a kid lying to my journal. I thought now is a perfect time for a premature memoir.
Alyson Stoner is Semi-Well-Adjusted
Q: Why did you decide to write your memoir at this stage?
Alyson wanted to address the ongoing issues surrounding child performers and contribute to conversations about mental health and advocacy for better protections.
Mara Wilson is Where She is Now
Q: Mara, if you had a week, what would be from your memoir?
I've got a workout class in five hours and I'd hate to miss it.
