  • Why?

Was really enjoying the show until you blurted out “F” ICE. Seems you were referring to our Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Never knew pizza was political. Why? Maybe you should do a show on your political persuasions so you can get it ALL off your chest.

Professor Pizza | PIE 2 PIE Pizza Podcast Ep. 155
Q: When did Professor Pizza come into reality?
The persona started being used in 2017, and the project grew through pop-ups and early experiments before moving into brick-and-mortar ventures with partners.
Good Pie | PIE 2 PIE Pizza Podcast Ep. 156
Q: What role did mentorship play in your career?
Mentorship is a core pillar. Figures like John Arena influenced, guided, and supported early growth, helping the narrator understand the balance between chasing fame and delivering real value to customers and staff.
Good Pie | PIE 2 PIE Pizza Podcast Ep. 156
Q: How did you decide to open a second store and expand into Red Rock?
The decision came after recognizing that operational excellence at the first location wasn't the ceiling; once the first runs seamlessly, you have the confidence to scale, but you must also delegate and build a strong board to avoid burnout.
Corner Slice | PIE 2 PIE Pizza Podcast Ep. 145
Q: What would you do differently if you could give yourself any advice in 2017?
Make changes quickly. Don't be afraid to make changes and make them as quickly as you can.
Patio Pizza | PIE 2 PIE Pizza Podcast Ep. 140
Q: Do you think you've had an influence on London style pizza?
Perhaps, since I've been doing it for quite some time, but I'm not going to claim that as fact.
