  • Great insight

I’m powering through from Ep 1 to the present day and there is so much great information in this podcast. Sam has a very laid back style which gives the CEO guests plenty of space to talk about their experience.

  • A very good podcast

Short interviews with an interesting range of people from both sides of the investing fence...both investors and management. Maybe in the future we could hear from a few people who admit to mistakes and tell us what they have learnt. PE is a portfolio business and all deals contribute to the success of the portfolio.

Q: What is the exercise you would encourage us to go through to maximize monetization, especially in the early phase?
Start with value mapping, identify distinct customer segments based on needs, map current propositions to those needs, assess alignment with competition, and then iteratively refine the value proposition and propositions for each segment before moving to pricing.
